In 2005, Fireside’s leadership began to pray and dream about planting a Hispanic Church in Manassas, VA. With a grant from the Chesapeake District of the Wesleyan Church and support from our DS, Rev. Stan Hoover, we acquired the funds to launch and took a huge leap of faith. We prayed for God to send us the right people for this work. He brought into our lives Pastor Jose Cano, his wife Claudia, and their two wonderful children, Jose Daniel and Paula.
